I have a Windows 2022 Jumpoint. I tried to create a group policy but found the “Web Jump” option is missing on “Access Permissions” section. Anyone knows why? Thanks,

Webjump for Privileged Remote Access is an additional purchase and does not come included with the product at this time. You would need to reach out to your sales rep or go to the Beyondtrust.com main site and use the chat bot to get someone that can help you get that feature. Once the feature is purchased, they will build a cosmetic update for you that will should not disrupt day to day operations and the feature will appear right in that screenshot you sent.
At this time Remote Support does not have a Webjump option.
