Hi,

Has anybody experienced slowness with Access Console in v24.3.1?

We have some reports that connections are established slower in 24.3.1, and some consoles are freezing too.

Did anybody experienced similar issues?

At this time, there are no known customers reporting this issue for 24.3.1.  I would open a case with support and get logs of the issue to determine if potentially environmental or with the appliance.  


for anyone running into this problem: If Infrastructure Access Mode was enabled previously (now it can be set in the Access Console settings by setting it to minimize to system tray), and the Access Console has many Jump Items (in our case thousands) it made the Access Console to not respond and become unresponsive.

By forcing this option to be “Full Console only” it is not a problem anymore
