PRA - Could not find a schedule to use with this release request

Hi All,

I have got the PWS to PRA connection working, I can see my managed test account in PRA but when I try and use the cred store to connect, I get the following error. (Could not find a schedule to use with this release request)

I have followed the guide (BeyondInsight / Password Safe - Unable to pull Password Safe Credential via ECM. Error: "Could not find a schedule to use with release request".)

Any ideas where I can start to look? log? or have I missed something simple?

After looking at the KB you posted I notice the KB does not get you to check the “Release Duration (Minutes)” set in the ECM integration is set to a value that is less than the Maximum Release Duration set on the Managed Account you are trying to use. If you are using the built-in integration set in Password Safe.

Login to Password Safe | Configuration and in the Secure Remote Access section click “Connect to Secure Remote Access” 

If using the standalone external ECM start “BeyondTrust-ECMConfigurator.exe” on your ECM server. Click the settings Gear to the right of the Password Safe plugin. 

Verify the Release Duration specified in the integration is set to a value less than on the managed account you are trying to use in PRA.

Hi.

This can also happen when selecting a Password Safe Roles in the Smart Group, which the Manage Account is part of, that does not have API flags enabled.

Because the ECM makes API calls, approval needs to be done through a policy with API permissions.
