Hi Team,

When we launch the Remote RDP session from a Jumpoint from Desktop console or Web console, we are getting a blank screens. I can confirm that user is successfully logged into the system but the session on console UI is gray or white blank screens. attached the screen shots.

Please advise if you have come across such issue.

This is due to the jump policy ive found


I checked with the support. Screen Share View and Control access must be enabled on Session Policy for the users to control the server, else it will be just grey even if user is able to successfully logged in.
