Our clients are currently starting to use SQL Tunnel and PostgreSQL Tunnel connections. When checking the recordings, they are not available; only the transcript is shown. I would like to know if PRA does not support these types of recordings.
Josmay, can you confirm if IP tunnel protocol recording is enabled?

Hi, if everything is clicked, that's why it seems strange to me, we still left the user with only one Group Policy to validate that it wasn't interfering. I should also mention that there's a KB article stating that SQL Tunnel sessions aren't recorded in PRA. I imagine PostgreSQL sessions aren't either.
The sessions that aren't currently being recorded and are causing the conflict are RDP sessions. We applied the configuration I mentioned to those.
