HI All,

 

can you please share any one the article to upgrade PRA cloud based application. for your reference attaching the snap. Can we directly upgrade or any instruct the options. Thanks.

    Hello ​@Anilreddy - the SRA Appliance has a level of ‘checking’ built-in to it, so it would not present you an update you cannot install at this time. 

    I do not know what appliance version you are running currently, but from the PRA 25.3 release notes, it is likely PRA 25.1.1 or above - https://docs.beyondtrust.com/pra/changelog/privileged-remote-access-25-3-1-release-notes - at the bottom, there is a section which outlines from which appliance verion you can directly upgrade from and to.
