Hello ​@BruceR - The PRA Web Jump feature does allow for downloads of files, so long as they are presented as an actual download. So long as you are on Privileged Remote Access 24.1.x version or later, most files can be downloaded.

Can I ask if you are having a current issue or error with this current site and the Web Jump feature?

Thanks for your reply. 

We are using PRA 24.3.1. 

Users are having trouble downloading exported reports from JDEdwards (Oracle) 

They also have problems with cut and paste. 

If will try to get more details.

The download is meant to be a CSV or XLS file, but all that arrives is a single line like this. The data is meaningless. ​​

​@BruceR - that certainly seems like an odd error, possibly something do with parsing the data through your website.

I would log a case with our Support Team, and they can run some logging with you.
