Hello,
Please, has anyone faced or is going through this? At first, it works normally on the local server, but not on the PRA application. It is impacting a lot to continue with visibility. The screen goes white when loading.

 

 

Hi Carlos, if something isn’t working, you’ll need to open a support case.  This forum is not designed for break/fix.

Hello ​@Carlos Mendonça - i think the best way forwards here is to collect logging from the Jumpoint hosting this Web Jump, and open a support case to get those logs reviewed for issues and errors.
