We had applied patches bt24-10 and bt24-11.

Our Security team is asking for a proof that we had applied the security patch to mitigate the subjected vulnerabilities.

Please advise where we can get this proof that the patch was applied on RS appliance/ console

The vulnerabilities in BT24-10 & BT24-11 are addressed in the RS version 24.3.2. If you’re an on-prem customer you will have to download the updates and apply it on the appliances. You can follow the steps in the article below.

Once the updates have been applied you can check the version of the Base software and the RS software on the appliance (refer to the video in the article below).
