Hello ​@Hamza - can I ask what the exact error message is you are seeing there? And have you checked the SSL settings on this remote device - you may wish to try the selecting the ‘Ignore Untrusted Certificate’ and see if this allows you to connect. If so, you will need to ensure the endpoints SSL Certificates for RDP are in place and valid.
