Remoteshell failed (error code-2rs) in PRA console

For one of the end user is not able to access Linux machine and getting below error, tried uninstalled & Installed Desktop access but getting same error however it is working in Web console able to access the server.

Could someone please assist to fix the issue?

@Purushotham i am almost sure the problem is within he own console(cmd/powershell), but i would open a case within the customer support to make sure, if works on the Web console, its not a problem with PRA connecting on the remote server.
