Does anyone else have something which, may seem like a small detail / config settings / set up but seems to provide big returns or work around a particular challenge?

 

For example, I use end point automation to check a particular version of software across multiple end points - saves logging in to each system individually.

From my Support Team experiance, I can say - setting up the Integration Client pays off with big returns, even if it is a simple once a day or even once a week schedule you set for downloads.

The IC (Integration Client) can be downloaded for free from the Customer Portal, takes doesn’t take long at all to set up, and depending on how busy your appliance is, doesn’t have to take up much disk space. However, the fact you now have automated session data/videos being backed up and an automated /login backup - just adds so much extra resliance to keeping your appliances data safe.

It really can be set up as a ‘set and forget’ style system, but should anything happen to the appliance (disk failure, cloud outage, errorant config change, etc), you know you have a mostly up-to-date back of your appliances data which can be used to restore it.
