With PRA and SMTPS, has anyone managed to acquire the following from BeyondTrust:

Sender Policy Framework
DKIM

I’ve been requesting this as of late but with very little luck and it’s required in order to request an SMTPS configuration enabled from the cloud to our organization...

@K_jf I have the same use case to enable SMTP on PRA Cloud with On-Prem SMTP Server. It looks like we have to open the required incoming port from PRA Cloud to On-Prem SMTP.

It will be helpful, if you provide guidance on how you are implementing it.

I’ll let you know once I have some update on this. Still awaiting support to give me the required info.
