Unable to Create Jump Client Installer

Do you have the administrator privilege in group policy?

I am not sure if there is another permission that can be used or is needed.

It states in the manual

Jump Client Installer List

This list shows all previously installed active Jump Client installers. Administrators and privileged users can view, download, delete, or
extend Jump Client installers.

I am using the admin account with full privileges. From where can I download the Jump client?

It should be on that page next to “Jump Client Installer List”

Assign another user administrative privileges and try with that account. I don’t think the built in default admin account can access this feature, admin also cannot login to the console.

​@sami As an Admin,  you may not have the right Jump Item Roles to allow for Jump Client creation. Can you confirm what Jump Items Roles this admin account has been assigned.

if you are an admin then you need to assign yourself a jump client ..  

In  Access permission- Jump Technology  plz check on the jump client.   and let me know if it helped..
