Hey @KG_RJN, just wanted to make sure - are you referring to EPM-Windows?
If so, this sounds a lot like a known issue outlined in KB0022608 (Search bar not working after June 2025 cumulative update on Windows 11 24H2). Have you had a chance to review the workarounds in that article?

Yes, I reviewed and followed the guidance outlined in KB0022608 (Search bar not working after June 2025 cumulative update on Windows 11 24H2). However, that specific KB did not appear on the affected systems, and the newer cumulative updates could not be rolled back.
That said, we've just had some success on a few machines by removing both the client and console adapter, rebooting, and then installing version 25.4 or later of the client and adapter. This approach seems to be resolving the issue in our initial tests.
