Missing Asset Gateway tab

Make sure to use an account that is allowed to manage and deploy gateways

we have created different accounts all with management of gateway activated. It is just not there.

The strange thing with the same permission of our internal NFR, asset gateway is there.

Both systems are running the same version and both systems are onpremise. 

Same here, the whole tab is missing. Call is active @ beyondtrust

Just to validate functionality, check by creating a local user and apply just the gateway access under general permissions. Ensure no GPO applies let us know if it’s a flaw.

My thought is GPO is changing ​@Koem1977 your permissions somewhere.

My NFR is 26.1.1 and working flawless.

just in case it helps the installation is on hyper-V for the appliance.

​@Allard Meerman  is it a hyper-v installation?

Same settings on different systems work , the only thing that it is different is that this appliance is within Hyper-V.

Just an update, we are waiting a custom built from Beyondtrust support.
