No Events when filtering on Hostname on a single PC

We have several systems that, when viewing analytics/events there is no event activity reported on these systems. Yet if we view them in our RMM tool we see plenty of activity that should be appearing in analytics/events. What would be the best steps to take to address this issue?

Are the rules marked so that the events are sent to the console?

Either that or the agent was not installed completely and you need to reinstall everything.

Hello Pulitros144 !

As you can see here my Reporting Events is grayed out! I do not know why. Also I don’t know why its some computers and not others. We have a ton of events reporting, but none from this handful.

Found your problem! You see, in your example, 'Raise a local Event' is 'Off'. You have to turn that on so that the events are created locally on the desktop. Only then will the 'Reports Events' button work, allowing the events to be sent to the Reports page on EPM.

Just like I sent in my example, the only difference is the menu version, but the result is the same. As of now, your rule is set to not generate any event.
