One of my customer unable to see the submit request to check out the password from PAM.

 

what could be the issue and how to trouble shoot this.

Please have a look at this KB on granting access to managed accounts.

Make sure the user is a member of a group with the requestor role to a smart rule that return's the managed account. If its a domain account it needs to be linked to a managed system.
