Unable to access BT University portal

Hello Team,
How are you all? I’m unable to access the university page. Could anyone please guide me on what the issue might be and why I’m not able to connect to the university page?

When you login to the identity portal (https://identity.beyondtrust.com/) you should see a few tiles, do you see BeyondTrust University among it? If not then raise a support case.

Hi Howard,

Thank you for the guidance. I logged in to the Identity Portal and I can see the BeyondTrust University tile, but I’m unable to access it as the page doesn’t open. Should I go ahead and raise a support case for this?

Hi Sheikh,

Try running your browser in incognito mode. You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, but that didn't work for me. For the past two weeks, logging into BT University has only worked in incognito mode.
