How to open a case for Endpoint Privilege Management for Linux (cloud)? The support Console includes only Mac & Windows option and there is no Linux option. 

There should be an option for “Privilege Management for Linux Cloud” -- do you have a screenshot of the options you see that are available?

 

Otherwise if you need to open a case immediately, as long as you specify the product in your description, our Support technicians can route it to the appropriate team!


That option does not currently exist which is very surprising given the fact that the product was released in April of this year. A case is open with support and they channeled that to their ServiceNow team. Below is what I currently see
