MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that provides a standardized, reusable way to add tools to LLMs. In this short video, we can see how easy it is to leverage the Remote Support preview MCP server from within Claude Desktop, to allow a user to interface with Remote Support and start a Remote Support Session with a Support Representative.
