Hope you are doing well,  

I am writing to request a retake of the Password Safe Administration exam. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the two-attempt limit.

Regarding my course attendance, it appears that only two sessions were recorded. I attended the other two sessions using my colleague's laptop, under her account. I was not aware that I needed to access the course from my own account to be counted as present.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.

We’ll update the attendance accordingly and, in certain cases like this, can approve a third attempt. However, we strongly encourage all learners to adhere to cybersecurity best practices by accessing content exclusively on their personal work devices and accounts. This helps maintain the integrity and security of the training process while allowing good data governance.
