JIT API ApplicationApproval/Denial

Is anyone aware if the API can be used to approve or deny JIT Application requests. It looks like the API is able to handle this for JIT Admin. If no, has there been any word on when this could be coming. I’m in the process of building a mobile app for the JIT App approvals and the front end is done, but the pesky API backend is not cooperating.
