Some Computers does not show current analytics logs

Hi,

i have got the issue, that i have some computers that don’t show an current logs in the analytics Audits.  

The Date is about 8 Days off but when i look in the Computer Section last connected is today as example.

Do i have to configure something somewhere? I dont have the issue on all computers.

Difficult to say, but if all computers have the same policy and rules, there are a slight chance the users are not triggering events.

Also possible the EPM client is failing and not running. (avecto defendpoint service)

Lastly, no policy applies to the users.

Hi, yes all users have the same policy and rules. The Avecto Service is running and all users have the same policy applied. I will have a look at the topic with the “triggering events” Thank you Jens. KR Thien
