Hi Team,

We are unable to run the CaptureConfig tool without entering administrative credentials. When launching the tool on the user's system, it opens successfully; however, upon execution, an EPM message prompt appears, and requesting the entry of admin credentials. To clarify, the user does have administrative privileges, yet the tool still requires admin credentials to run.

I would assume that you do not have a rule in place for the Authorization of the app, so in this case you would have to provide native admin creds. see the great KB BT have created for this.

Hi,

The application rule already created in the policy for the Authorization of the app when we run CaptureConfig tool it will give us EPM pop-up after accepting pop-up it will give us system popup to enter admin credentials.

User itself have admin rights.
