we encountered difficulties upgrading the EPM client and adapter version on endpoints via Jamf. When the latest version was pushed to the endpoints through Jamf, it did not successfully override the existing versions of the client and adapter.

@Manasvi - if you haven’t already, I’d encourage you to log a case with our support team, who will work with you on troubleshooting your issues. Given there are lots of moving parts involved, it’s likely some logging and analysis would be useful and they can guide you through that process.


I've got the same information from one of our customers in the Benelux. I've encouraged them to make a case. Latest client versions fails to deploy through Jamf. They tested manual installation which fails as well for latest version.
