Getting this error.

 

Also we tried to reach out to Microsoft team and they have checked all the pre requisites and permissions of the Bind Account and executed ldap.exe with bind account and checked the firewall rules and the certificates. Everything is fine from there end. 

Can anybody help on this to resolve the issue

When using the BTTestADGroupResolutionTool please use the FQDN of the domain.

It looks like you are using a NetBIOS name “UGX1ADDC01N01”
