How to enable Toggle Clipboard feature for Shell Jump in Web console of PRA

Hello ​@Rohit Nikam - can you advise if your Console is currently set up for Manual Clipboard mode, or is it in Automatic mode? This configuration can be found in /login > Management > Security and ‘Clipboard Synchronization Mode’. If you are running a latest version of SRA, then it is also found in Session Policies as well.

Hi Phill, the console is set up for Automatic mode.

OK then, in which case, there is no ‘send clipboard’ button as the clipboard should be sync’d automatically whenever something changes on either side - this is depending on your extact set up and endpoint OS permissions, but the clipboard should be sync’ing automatically.
