The service portal logs out immediately after logging in via SSO, preventing access to open cases.

Hello ​@vinoth - Happy Monday! I may have seen this happen before - please try clearing your Web Browser cache and try logging in again with a fresh session.

@vinoth and ​@PhillC I have experienced this first hand in the past. If clearing the browser cache doesn’t work, try going to the site in a different browser. if that doesn’t work incognito mode should get you in.  However, when clearing the browser cache I highly recommend changing the timeframe to “All Time” or something similar to that based on the browser you are using.  I have also had times where I have had to clear the browser cache, perform a reboot and clear the cache again before I was able to get in. Sometimes things just like to get stuck...
