How the process of adding exclusions and clearly explain which settings would need to be altered

​@Anil Reddy - I think we would need a little more information to assist you with this question. Every application tends to need some different configurations. It also depends on your company and how strict they are with isolating down to specifics of the application, or if they allow a broader range of exclusion.

This KB has a links to HookExclusions, DriverHookExclusions, ContentRuleExclusions and ApplicationRuleExclusions.

I would think that is what you are looking for? else I would suggest that you provide more details to your questions. The more you provide the better answer you will get.

​@Anil Reddy I appreciate you have said that you are looking to test with some exclusions within a test/lab environment, however it is strongly recommended that exclusions (of any sort) are only added when advised to by BeyondTrust Support. So when you are thinking of putting these into Production I’d recommend you speak with a Support rep first, as while exclusions can alleviate issues they may not be the best solution for an issue and they may be masking other issues you are having.
